The Company has established a Strategy and ESG Committee under the Board of Directors. This committee is responsible for researching and advising on ESG-related policies, objectives, strategies, and their implementation, assisting the Board in identifying and assessing ESG-related impacts, risks, and opportunities, guiding and reviewing ESG policies, strategies, and objectives, and overseeing the implementation of ESG initiatives.
